WHAT IS A MODULAR FIRE PIT ?
|
Modular fire pits consist of the following interchangeable components, which are
sold separately and in kits:
1) OUTER FIRE PIT SHELL - The outer shell is available in different colors and
designs and can be purchased separately. The
outer shell fits snug around the
base plate, which can host the wood burning liner, briquette collar, grilling kit,
or fuel gel burning tray.

2) WOOD BURNING INNER LINER
Available in the wood burning kit, is a trash-can-
style inner liner that fastens securely to the base
plate with a locking clevis pin. The inner liner
reduces the temperature of the outer shell up
to 35% and makes cleanup a snatch.
After the fire
pit has cooled, simply remove the
inner liner from
the base plate & dump the ashes into the trash can.
When burning wood, the unique vented design of the
liner also allows more oxygen to fuel the fire
creating a larger fire with less wood.

3) FUEL GEL BURNING TRAYS - The fuel gel burning tray kit allows you to burn Real Flame, or other brands of fuel gel. The fuel gel
tray sits inside the briquette collar, which securely fastens to the base plate with a locking clevis pin. Disposable aluminum tins
are then placed inside the fuel gel trays, and then fuel gel can be poured in the tins and lit with a single match. Fuel gel provides an odorless, non-messy,
non-toxic, and easy solution for quick outdoor fires on the fly.
4) FIRE PIT GRILLING & DUTCH OVEN COOKING - The briquette collar, which securely fastens to the base plate with a locking clevis pin, can host a
standard or custom grilling grate for barbeque style cooking. Dutch Ovens (up to 12 inches) fit perfectly inside the briquette collar. Cook your favorite meal in the open, or place the
designer outer shell around the base plate. Dutch oven riser plates are available for Dutch ovens without integrated legs.
